I haven't seen this movie yet but this trailer shows perfectly how disgusting the human nature really is. Uhhhh, no. If you are impaled like that in a way that blood is coming out of your mouth, you are dead if you don't get emergency treatment. Don't get me wrong, depending on where it goes through, you can live for a quite a while, but without substantial aid, you will die. Yeah, unless a new trailer explains it I am not seeing it. I am fine with low budget crap until it just becomes downright unrealistic to the point where the suspension of disbelief is gone. At this point, the trailer has done more harm than good and has effectively turned me away from the movie. Nice work..
